HEALTH SESSION FOR STAFF

 

 St. John’s School, Greater Noida West organised a Health Session for Staff on 29th June 2026 in the Basement Auditorium in collaboration with Sarvodaya Healthcare.

 

The session was conducted by Dr. Nikhil Valsangkar, Senior Consultant & Head (Unit II), Orthopaedics & Robotic Joint Replacement, Sarvodaya Healthcare, who shared valuable insights on maintaining musculoskeletal health and adopting preventive measures for a healthier lifestyle. The interactive session covered essential topics such as correct posture, joint care, and ergonomics, helping staff understand the importance of proper body mechanics in their daily routine.

 

The programme concluded with an engaging question-and-answer session, where staff members interacted with the resource person and received practical advice on managing common orthopaedic concerns. The informative session was highly appreciated and reinforced the significance of prioritising health and self-care in both personal and professional life.
