“Celebration of the Bond of Love, Care and Protection”

 

Raksha Bandhan is a beautiful festival that celebrates the special bond of love, care, and affection between brothers and sisters. On this auspicious occasion, our little learners came together to celebrate the spirit of togetherness and family.

 The special assembly began with a morning prayer, followed by a welcome note highlighting the importance of Raksha Bandhan. The children presented a delightful Raksha Bandhan song and a beautiful Thought for the day, spreading the message of love and happiness.

A beautiful Raksha Bandhan dance performed by LKG B shows the relationship between siblings and reminds everyone that the true meaning of Raksha Bandhan is not just tying a Rakhi, but promising to care for, respect, and support one another.

The assembly concluded with a meaningful message:

 Raksha Bandhan reminds us that the strongest bonds are built with love, care, respect and understanding.” 

To make the day memorable, children also participated enthusiastically in a *Rakhi-making activity*,  using colourful craft materials to create beautiful Rakhi’s.
