CERTIFICATE DISTRIBUTION | INTER-HOUSE YOGA COMPETITION | GRADE IX-XII

 

The Inter-House Yoga Competition for Classes IX–XII was conducted under the theme “SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being”, providing students with an opportunity to showcase their flexibility, balance, concentration, discipline and control through yoga.

 

Carmel House secured the First Position, with Aaradhya Kumari (IX C), Angel Sharma (IX C), Aakriti Agarwal (IX C), and Mishka Gussain (IX B).

 

Tabore House secured the Second Position, with Ishika Singh (IX E), Avishi (XI B), Shreya Rai (XI A), and Navya Singh (XI A).

 

Horeb House secured the Third Position, with Ananya Jha (IX D), Himani Aggarwal (IX C), Kashish (X B) and Vanshika (X B). 

 

The competition encouraged students to embrace yoga as a means of developing physical fitness, mental focus, self-discipline and overall well-being.
