DIWALI CELEBRATION | KINDERGARTEN

On 29th October 2024(Tuesday ), St. John's School, Greater Noida West, celebrated Diwali as well as Golden and Silver Colour Day with great enthusiasm for the kindergarten students. The children came dressed in stunning golden and silver attire, bringing a festive glow to the school. A special assembly marked the beginning of the celebrations, where the little ones shared a few lines about Diwali, highlighting its significance as the festival of lights. Following this, they performed a beautiful dance, capturing the spirit and joy of the festival.

 

Various creative activities were organized for each class. Nursery children crafted torans, which are traditional decorative garlands, adding a festive touch. LKG students decorated diyas, symbolizing the light that dispels darkness. The UKG children crafted beautiful diyas using paper plates, adding intricate decorations with colourful materials. Additionally, all the children joined in making vibrant rangoli designs using flower petals, which filled the atmosphere with colour and creativity.

 

This Diwali celebration at St. John’s School was a wonderful blend of learning and creativity, allowing the children to explore and express their festive spirit in meaningful ways.
