ST. JOHN’S SCHOOL EXCELS AT ASTER MUN 2026

 

St. John’s School proudly participated in Aster MUN 2026, held at Sector 3 on 28 and 29 May 2026. The conference provided a stimulating platform for students to engage in debates, negotiations and committee deliberations, while demonstrating confidence, diplomacy, leadership and effective communication.

 

The school brought home the prestigious title of Best School Delegation, marking a remarkable achievement. Among the individual accolades, Aditya Shukla (XI-A) was adjudged Best Delegate in the UNGA-ECOFIN Committee, along with a cash prize of ₹4,000, while Kashish Rathor (X-B) received an Honourable Mention in the same committee. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe Committee, Abhishek Patel (XII-C) earned the Best Delegate title and a cash prize of ₹4,000.

 

The school continued its strong performance across other committees. Shresth Sharma (IX-E) and Vansh Sharma (XI-C) received Verbal Mentions in AIPPM, while Aarush Kumar (IX-B) secured an Honourable Mention in the same committee. Arunya Gupta (IX-B) received an Honourable Mention in the Ministry of Magic Committee.

 

In the IPL Committee, Ashmit Gupta (X-E) earned High Commendation, along with the Best Delegate title and a cash prize of ₹4,000. Amber (X-E) received a Special Mention for commendable participation.

 

The delegation was guided by Ms. Anisha Sharma and Ms. Ravina, whose support and mentorship played an important role throughout the conference. Beyond the accolades, the students gained valuable exposure to diplomacy, critical thinking, public speaking and collaborative decision-making, emerging from the conference with enhanced confidence and memorable learning experiences.
