“An educator who continues to learn inspires generations to grow.”

Ms. Sangeeta Tyagi, PGT at St. John’s School, Greater Noida West, had the privilege of attending a 20-hour Comprehensive Training Programme organised by Anon Global Foundation, designed in alignment with the vision and objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The workshop proved to be an enriching and transformative learning experience, bringing together eminent resource persons and educators to explore contemporary educational practices and holistic development.

The training programme covered a wide spectrum of insightful themes including Neuroscience in Education, Character Building, AI Readiness, Inner Leadership, Emotional Regulation, Mobility Exercises, Homework Reimagined, Financial Understanding, Power of Compounding, and Redesigning Parent-Teacher Conversations. Each session reflected the learner-centric and future-ready approach envisioned under NEP 2020, equipping educators with practical strategies to foster meaningful and engaging learning environments.

The workshop highlighted the significance of understanding how the brain learns, creating emotionally safe classrooms, and integrating technology responsibly while preserving creativity, ethics, and human values. Sessions on emotional well-being and inner leadership encouraged mindfulness, self-awareness, and balanced teaching practices, while discussions on homework and parent-teacher communication emphasized collaboration, creativity, and stress-free learning experiences for children.

The programme also reinforced the importance of financial literacy, long-term planning, and life skills education as essential components of holistic learning in today’s evolving educational landscape.

The experience provided valuable insights, innovative perspectives, and practical approaches that will contribute towards making classrooms more adaptive, reflective, and student-centric in alignment with the goals of NEP 2020.
