FELICITATION OF INTER SCHOOL COMPETITION WINNERS

On 26th July 2025, students of St. John’s School, GNW participated enthusiastically in the inter-school event LAPIS LAZULI: BOTS, BIAS & BALANCE hosted at Sapphire International School . The students showcased their talent, innovation, and expression across multiple categories and brought laurels to the school.

In the Mime Act, under the guidance of Ms. Pooja Gautam, the team from St. John's secured the 1st position. The winning participants were Avaneesh Gupta (VC), Sia Sharan (VC), Myra Nagar (VE), Viraaj Dwivedi (IVD), and Astuti (IVC). Their powerful performance left a lasting impression on the audience and judges alike.

In the Bot Builders event, under the mentorship of Ms. Bhavyakriti, the team also won the 1st position. The team members were Arnav Prakash Jha (VIII B), Aarush Kumar (VIII C), Aakriti Agarwal (VIII C), and Aarav Jain (VIII C), who presented a technically sound and innovative bot model.

In the Doodling competition, held under the supervision of Ms. Madhulika, Kavya Srivastava (VIII C) bagged the 1st position, displaying creativity and thought-provoking artistry.

The Panel Simulation event, guided by Ms. Ravina, brought another 1st position for the school. The team consisted of Kritik Joshi (XB), Paridhi Rawat (XB), Prajwal Chirvi (IXE), and Utkarsh Singh (XB). Their discussion, analytical thinking, and coordination stood out. Utkarsh Singh was awarded Best Individual Role, while Paridhi Rawat received the Best Critical Thinking award for her exceptional insights.

In the artistic-technical blend event Ikebana Meets AI, supervised by Ms. Varsha Harit, the school secured another Runner-Up title. The team consisted of Atharva Vaish (IX C), Shubh Ranjan Jha (IX D), and Suryansh Dixit (IX D). Their project beautifully merged traditional Japanese floral art with artificial intelligence, impressing everyone with its uniqueness.

The event was a proud moment for St. John’s School, GNW, as their students not only won top positions but also demonstrated exceptional talent, teamwork, and creative thinking across all domains.
