SUSTAINABILITY SUPERSTAR ’24 | CLIMATE CHANGE AWARD

"Sustainability is the bridge between today’s vision and tomorrow’s legacy."

With immense pride and joy, St. John's School announces its stellar achievement of being honored with the prestigious Climate Change Award: Earthivist, at the GoSharpener Sustainability Superstar Award Ceremony, held on 8th January 2025 at the opulent Shangri-La, Delhi.

This illustrious event, celebrating the Principals of India’s top 150 schools, recognized trailblazers who have championed the cause of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with exemplary dedication and foresight. Our esteemed Principal, Ms. Reeja Ninan, was awarded a distinguished certificate and citation for her visionary leadership in fostering climate stewardship and inspiring young changemakers to become true custodians of the Earth.

The event was adorned with the presence of Mr. Rajesh Khatri, fondly revered as the Nest Man of India, and Ms. Surbhi Sharma, an eminent TV journalist and anchor with TV9 Bharatvarsh. Their words of encouragement echoed the need for sustainable action and applauded the efforts of educators and institutions driving this mission.

This accolade is not merely an award; it is a resounding affirmation of our school’s unwavering commitment to shaping eco-conscious minds and creating an enduring impact. It reaffirms our belief that sustainability is not just a goal but a way of life—a philosophy embedded in every St. John’s student and initiative.

As we celebrate this milestone, we remain resolute in our pledge to nurture a future where every action today contributes to a greener, healthier, and more sustainable tomorrow. Together, we create change; together, we create hope.
