An educational trip to Cambridge School, Noida was organised by St. John’s School on April 16, 2026, for selected students of Grades VI to VIII to visit the Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL). Students Advay Aggarwal (VI E), Aryadipta Bhandari (VII A), and Akshat Sinha (VIII C) represented the school and participated in various innovation-based activities.
The visit aimed to provide hands-on STEM learning and exposure to emerging technologies. One of the key highlights was the drone demonstration and flying session, where students learned about drone components, their working, and real-life applications, along with witnessing live flying. Another activity, “Glowing Idea Bulb,” encouraged students to present their innovative ideas creatively.
The “Mystery Junk Challenge – Waste to Wealth” further engaged students in using scrap materials to create useful products. The participants successfully designed a functional mini air cooler, showcasing creativity, teamwork, and awareness of sustainability.
Overall, the visit was an enriching experience that promoted innovation, problem-solving, and collaborative learning, reflecting the core objectives of the Atal Tinkering Lab.
