“Be Kind to the Earth – It’s the Only Home We Have”
On the occasion of Earth Day, various engaging and meaningful activities were conducted for students of Grades III to V with the aim of spreading awareness about environmental conservation and encouraging eco-friendly habits. The students participated with great enthusiasm and showcased their creativity through hands-on learning experiences.
Students of Grade III created eco-friendly newspaper bags and decorated them with beautiful cut-outs of the Earth, plants, and trees. This activity helped them understand the importance of reducing plastic use and promoted the values of reuse and recycling. Students of Grades IV and V participated in the “Trash to Treasure – Best Out of Waste” activity held on Friday, 17th April 2026, where they transformed waste materials into useful and decorative items. Their innovative ideas reflected a deep understanding of sustainability and responsible use of resources.
The activities were interactive, informative, and inspiring, enabling students to realize their role in protecting the environment. The celebration served as a valuable learning experience, encouraging young minds to take small yet meaningful steps towards building a greener and healthier planet.
