ORIENTATION PROGRAMME | GRADE I-IX | SESSION 2026-27

“Education is the most powerful tool to ignite young minds and shape a brighter future.”

The Orientation Programme for Grades I to IX, held on 28 March, was a meaningful and engaging beginning to the new academic session. The program commenced with a soulful prayer, followed by the auspicious lighting of the lamp. A vibrant Welcome Dance set a cheerful tone, leading into the formal welcome address.

The presentation beautifully showcased the journey and ethos of St. John’s—its establishment, motto, logo, and key features. Parents were also apprised of the school’s outstanding achievements, including excellent board results and accolades in inter-school competitions.

A comprehensive overview of teaching pedagogy across Grades I–II, III–V, and VI–IX highlighted the focus on experiential learning, conceptual clarity, and overall skill development. Emphasis was also laid on holistic development through co-curricular activities and the well-structured Sports Fit program.

Important information regarding examinations, school rules, transport facilities, and the use of the Edunext platform was shared to ensure smooth coordination between school and parents.

A key highlight was the insightful parenting tips shared by our respected Principal ma’am, Ms. Reeja Ninan, emphasizing the importance of nurturing children with patience, positivity, and partnership.

The program concluded with an energetic dance performance, followed by a heartfelt vote of thanks and the National Anthem, leaving everyone motivated and excited for the year ahead.
