CAREER COUNSELING WORKSHOP | GRADE X STUDENTS & PARENTS

A Career Counseling Workshop was successfully organized on 17th January 2026 for the students of Class X with the objective of guiding them in making informed decisions about their future careers and helping them choose an appropriate stream for Class XI. The workshop aimed to create awareness about the wide range of career opportunities available, the skills required for different professions, educational pathways, and emerging trends across various fields.

The session was conducted by the esteemed resource person Mr. Praveen Khanna, Government Certified Business Communication Specialist and a Certified Training & Development Manager, who presented a comprehensive and insightful approach toward understanding different perspectives involved in the selection of subjects and streams. The workshop commenced with an inaugural session, setting the context and importance of career planning at an early stage. This was followed by interactive lectures that actively engaged the students and encouraged them to reflect on their interests and abilities.

During the workshop, students were given a clear overview of career planning and decision-making processes. Mr. Khanna explained various career streams and professional courses in detail, highlighting their scope and future prospects. A discussion on personality traits and aptitude assessment helped students understand how their strengths and preferences align with suitable career options. An interactive question-and-answer session provided students and parents an opportunity to clarify their doubts and gain personalized guidance. The session concluded with specific guidance on stream allocation, enabling students to make confident and well-informed choices.

The Career Counselling Workshop achieved its intended objectives and proved to be highly beneficial for both students and parents.
