A Teachers’ Workshop was successfully organized by St. John’s School, Greater Noida West on 8 January 2026 for the teaching faculty. The workshop was based on the theme “Inclusive Education with Classroom Management” and aimed at strengthening teachers’ understanding of inclusive practices in regular classroom settings.
The resource person for the workshop was Ms. Pallavi Saxena, a Special Education Teacher at St. John’s School, Greater Noida West. She shared her expertise on understanding diverse learning needs and highlighted the importance of addressing individual differences among students in inclusive classrooms.
The session focused on strategies for inclusive teaching practices, effective classroom management techniques, and ways to understand and support children with special educational needs. Emphasis was laid on creating a positive, respectful, and engaging classroom environment where every learner feels valued and supported.
