CAREER COUNSELING WORKSHOP | GRADE XII STUDENTS

St. John’s School organised a Career Counseling Workshop for Class XII students to address their academic and career-related dilemmas. The session was held on Tuesday, 9 December 2025, in collaboration with Kristu Jayanti University. The workshop aimed to provide clarity, guidance, and informed direction to students as they prepare to make crucial decisions about their future.

 

The resource persons for the session were Ms. Minu A from the Department of English and Ms. Ponny Thomas from the Department of Professional Management Studies. They offered valuable insights on various career pathways, emerging fields of study, and the importance of aligning one’s interests and strengths with suitable career options. The speakers also highlighted the significance of skill development, interdisciplinary learning, and adaptability in the rapidly evolving global environment.

 

The interactive session encouraged students to raise questions, seek clarification, and explore opportunities beyond traditional career choices. The workshop successfully helped students gain a clearer understanding of academic options and future prospects, making it a meaningful and timely initiative by the school.
