St. John’s School organized a special Cyber Awareness Assembly on 16th October, conducted by the Gen-Ex Club, to educate students about the importance of being responsible and safe digital citizens. The event aimed to promote awareness about safe internet practices, responsible social media usage, and protection from online threats.
The assembly commenced with an insightful address on the significance of cyber safety in today’s technology-driven world. Members of the Gen-Ex Club presented an informative skit that emphasized the consequences of cyberbullying, password sharing, and misinformation, along with effective ways to ensure online safety. The engaging performance helped students realize that awareness and caution are the true shields in the digital world.
The event also featured the Inter-House Table Tennis and Historical Skit Competition Certificate Distribution, where students were acknowledged for their remarkable performances and sportsmanship. The audience cheered enthusiastically as the winners received their certificates.
The assembly not only spread awareness about digital safety but also celebrated excellence, teamwork, and discipline — reflecting the true spirit of St. John’s School. The message of the day resonated strongly: “Be smart, be alert, and stay safe online.”
