On 16th September 2025, St. John’s School, Greater Noida West, hosted an enriching and insightful workshop for teachers, aimed at enhancing awareness and understanding of the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) and National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The session, held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, was centered around the theme "NCF & NEP 2020 – A New Era for Education for Holistic Development."
The workshop was graced by the distinguished presence of Ms. Ashu Manchandani, representing KIPS Publishing Industries Education House, who served as the resource person. With her expertise and dynamic delivery, Ms. Manchandani navigated through the foundational goals and far-reaching impact of NEP 2020, which envisions a more flexible, multidisciplinary, and inclusive educational ecosystem. She shed light on how the NCF serves as a pivotal framework in aligning classroom practices with the transformative ideals of NEP.
The session was interactive, filled with thoughtfully curated activities that engaged the teachers and encouraged them to reflect on their roles as facilitators in a learner-centered environment. From group discussions to situational responses, the workshop enabled participants to internalize concepts like competency-based learning, integration of life skills, and the importance of experiential learning.
