St. John’s School recently hosted its much-awaited Interhouse Historical Skit Competition on 27.08.2025 showcasing the talent, creativity, and dramatic skills of the students. The event aimed to bring alive significant moments from history, allowing students to not only relive the past but also understand its relevance in shaping the present and the future.
Each house presented a skit based on carefully chosen historical themes, portraying legendary leaders, freedom struggles, and defining events that left an indelible mark on society. The young actors, with their impressive dialogue delivery, expressive performances, and authentic costumes, transported the audience back in time.
The competition reflected teamwork, dedication, and research-based preparation by the participants. The audience was enthralled as history unfolded on stage, and the judges appreciated the effort put into script writing, stage presentation, and character portrayal.
The event concluded with words of encouragement from Principal ma'am who applauded the students for their enthusiasm and emphasized the importance of learning history through creative expressions.
