St. John’s School, Greater Noida West, organized an amazing competition under the theme “Mera Bharat Mera Abhiman” for the kindergarten students. The event was a vibrant display of cultural pride and global awareness, celebrated with great enthusiasm.
In this competition, Nursery and LKG children came dressed up in colourful Indian state attire. They confidently spoke a few lines about their chosen state, highlighting its culture, tradition, and uniqueness. The stage came alive with little ones representing the diversity of India. On the other hand, the UKG children showcased a global perspective by dressing up in international costumes and speaking a few lines about the country they represented. Their performances reflected knowledge and confidence, making the event more enriching.
The competition was conducted in two rounds. The first round was held on 13th August 2025 (Wednesday), where a few students from each class were shortlisted for the finals. The final round was held on 14th August 2025 (Thursday), where the selected students performed with great confidence and charm.
The competition was truly a blend of learning and fun, instilling in children a sense of pride in their nation while also giving them exposure to the wider world. It was indeed a memorable event that celebrated diversity, patriotism, and confidence-building among the little ones.
