To honour the tireless efforts, dedication, and compassion of doctors, the Kindergarten Department at St. John’s School, Greater Noida West celebrated Doctor’s Day on 18th July 2025 with great enthusiasm and heartfelt gratitude.
The celebration began with a special morning assembly where students highlighted the importance of doctors in our lives. The assembly included a speech on the significance of Doctor’s Day and a vibrant dance performance themed around the occasion.
Adding more charm to the event, some children dressed up as doctors and confidently shared their dreams of serving people through the noble medical profession.
A special workshop on ‘Awareness of Health and Hygiene’ was conducted by Sarvodaya Hospital, during which children learned the importance of handwashing and the correct steps to practice it effectively. The session was interactive, engaging, and highly informative.
The celebration continued with hands-on activities in each class:
Nursery children created doctor-themed bags as a fun craft activity.
LKG students made paper models of doctor’s tools using craft materials.
UKG children showcased their creativity by making their own doctor’s coats.
