On May 1, 2025, the school campus came alive with the vibrant spirit of Labour Day, as the students of Class VII A hosted a heartfelt and jubilant celebration to honour the dedication and hard work of the support staff. The morning assembly, meticulously coordinated by the students, commenced with a soulful invocation to the Almighty, setting a serene tone for the proceedings. This was followed by the Thought for the Day and a comprehensive round-up of National, International, Sports, and Weather news, presented with great confidence and clarity.
In a touching gesture of gratitude, the students expressed their sincere appreciation by pinning handmade badges inscribed with the words "Thank You" on the support staff, symbolising respect and admiration for their tireless efforts.
Adding poetic charm to the occasion, a student recited a moving poem titled "Work", capturing the essence of diligence and dedication.
The celebration reached another high point as the Junior Coordinator, Ms. Vidhya Balaji, took the stage to announce the much-awaited results of the Poster Making Competition held for classes VI to VIII. Aditya Kumar of Class VIII E, representing Carmel House, was declared the proud winner of the first position. The second and third positions were secured by Khanak of Class VIII A and Hiral Yadav of Class VII C, both from Horeb House. All winners were felicitated with certificates in recognition of their creative excellence.
Hearty congratulations to all the deserving winners!
The memorable celebration drew to a close with the resonant voices of the school community joining in the School Song, followed by the National Anthem, leaving a lasting impression of unity, gratitude, and reverence.
