TEACHERS' WORKSHOP | "SYNERGY SPARK: IGNITING TEAM SPIRIT & WELL-BEING"

St. John's School, Greater Noida West, in collaboration with Christ University, organized a teachers' workshop titled "Synergy Spark: Igniting Team Spirit & Well-being" on March 27, 2025. The workshop was conducted by distinguished speakers Ms. Jasmin Francis and Ms. Adani Kaisa.

This engaging and refreshing session served as an excellent prelude to the new academic session, equipping teachers with renewed energy and positivity. The resource persons effectively articulated the workshop's objectives, fostering an environment of active participation.

The session commenced with a welcome note by Ms. Saba Zaidi, followed by interactive activities designed to enhance team building, communication, and a unified vision between teachers and the school. The workshop encouraged collaboration through various exercises, culminating in an inspiring exchange of motivational quotes among teachers.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Saba Zaidi, expressing appreciation for the insightful session. Principal Ms. Reeja Ninan also extended her gratitude to Christ University and its faculty for their dedication in empowering teachers with fresh perspectives and enthusiasm.
