ORIENTATION PROGRAM | I-VIII

On 1st March, an Orientation Program was held to welcome the new students of Grades 1 to 8 and their parents into the enriching environment of our esteemed institution. The event commenced with a solemn prayer, followed by the lighting of the lamp, symbolizing wisdom and knowledge.

The Welcome Address set the tone for an inspiring journey, complemented by a melodious Welcome Song that resonated with warmth. Parents and students were introduced to our school’s rich legacy, motto, and core values, emphasizing our commitment to excellence.

A glimpse into our achievements showcased stellar academic results, remarkable performances in inter-school competitions, and the outstanding accomplishments of our Grade 10 and 12 achievers.

The audience was then guided through our innovative teaching pedagogy, tailored for different learning stages (Grades 1-5 & 6-8), ensuring holistic growth and conceptual clarity. The emphasis on holistic development reinforced our focus on nurturing well-rounded individuals.

The importance of fitness and sports was highlighted, followed by insights into the examination structure, including protocols on medical certificates.

Our unwavering commitment to safety and well-being was addressed through discussions on vaccination, CCTV surveillance, female attendants, SMS alerts for absenteeism, and constant supervision by helpers. Additionally, our proactive approach to hygiene and sanitization was emphasized, including regular fogging and health initiatives.

Parents were also briefed on school fees, uniform guidelines, and transport rules, ensuring a seamless experience. The role of technology in education was presented through our Edunext platform and website, fostering transparent communication.

A special segment on Parenting Tips by our esteemed Principal, Ms. Reeja Ninan, offered valuable insights on nurturing children in today’s dynamic world.

The event was further enlivened with a mesmerizing dance performance, capturing the essence of creativity and joy.

The program concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, followed by the reverberation of our School Song and the National Anthem, instilling a sense of pride and belonging.

This orientation marked the beginning of an exciting journey, laying the foundation for a fulfilling and enriching school experience. Together, we strive for excellence, fostering bright minds and compassionate hearts.
