SPECIAL ASSEMBLY | RAKSHA BANDHAN CELEBRATION | GRADE IV A & IV B

Raksha Bandhan is a festival of love, emotion, and the promise of safety. It is a day filled with joy and togetherness. On this auspicious day, sisters tie a holy thread of Rakhi around their brothers' wrists while brothers promise to protect their sisters' wellbeing in exchange.

On this holy occasion, a Special Assembly was conducted by the students of Grades IV A and IV B at St. John’s School, Greater Noida West.

The Raksha bandhan special assembly was a joyful celebration. It began with a prayer, followed by the school pledge, shared thought of the day, and word of the day, focusing on the theme of "Bond." The assembly featured a heartwarming song about sibling love, and ended with an energetic dance performance, capturing the festive spirit. The event beautifully celebrated the essence of Raksha bandhan, leaving everyone with a sense of togetherness.

With great enthusiasm for celebration, children learned the importance of sibling bonds, love, and unity from the Raksha bandhan assembly. It taught them to cherish and respect their family relationships and the value of togetherness.
