Every day, people around the globe honor their cultural heritage simply by living authentically, embodying their origins and traditions. Yet, once a year, we unite to celebrate the shared history and diversity of humanity. World Heritage Day serves as a gentle reminder to cherish all cultures and to spotlight the invaluable monuments and sites that embody our collective heritage. It's a day dedicated to advocating for the preservation of our world's cultural treasures.
On 18 April 2024, the students of Grade 8th 'C' and 8th 'A' took center stage, presenting a captivating "Special Assembly" to commemorate World Heritage Day. With informative speech, they share uniqueness of each country heritage, and a mesmerizing dance performance, they not only celebrated our rich cultural tapestry but also conveyed a powerful message of unity and preservation. Their collective efforts echoed the essence of this day: to honor our past, celebrate our present, and safeguard our cultural legacy for generations to come. The assembly became more interesting when class X student Pravar Bisht shared his experience of Bootcamp.
