TIE AND DYE WORKSHOP | CLASS III - V | 06.05.2023

A workshop on tie and dye was organised for the students of  Hindustan Times subscribers of  classes III to V on 6th May, 2023 by HT Pace.
It was conducted by Ms.Meenakshi Jha, an acclaimed fevicryl expert and specialist.
It was a whole new experience for the students and they were fascinated by the amazing colours and patterns they can create. The students were apprised of the origin and history of tie and dye printing in India. She demonstrated the technique and involved the students in an immersive hands-on activity session. Students were able to create beautiful effects on a cotton cloth and made vibrant patterns using the tie and dye technique. They thoroughly enjoyed the workshop and were able to express their creativity through the myriad hues of colour.
