"Art is not what you see,but what you make others see."-Edgar Degas
Our school conducted an exciting pictionary activity on 29th April'2023 that took creativity to a whole new level! Students from grade 3 to 5 brought their artistic skills to the table and produced some truly stunning masterpieces. The aim of this activity was to encourage creativity and imagination among the students.
The students were given a theme to work on,and they were instructed to bring pictures or cut outs related to the theme. The themes were chosen keeping in mind the age group of the students and included topics such as "Animals and birds","Countries and their flags" and "Emotions".
To add a fun twist to the activity, each student was given an alphabet and asked to find out pictures or cut- outs of items that started with that letter and were related to the theme.
The students were given an A4 size sheet of paper and were asked to creatively paste their pictures and cut outs on the paper, making sure to use their imaginations to make it interesting and eye-catching.They were also encouraged to add some written discriptions or captions to their work to showcase their language skills.
Overall the pictionary activity was a great learning experience for the students and a fun way to promote creativity and imagination in the classroom.
