‘SHALOM’- Bid Adieu for Outgoing Class XII Students | 04.02.2023

The Farewell Ceremony ‘ SHALOM’ of St. John’s School, Greater Noida West, was held on 4th February 2023, Saturday. The occasion was graced by Reverend Father Aji K Chako (Chairman, St. John’s School), Mr. Babu Vargese (Vice Chairman, St. John’s Orthodox Society), Mr. P.D. Daniel (Trustee, St. John’s Orthodox Society),  Mr. Thomas P. Kurian ( Secretary, St. John’s Orthodox Society) and respected Principal Ms. Reeja Ninan. The students, staff and management of St. John’s School, Greater Noida West, bid adieu to the outgoing students of Class XII. The ceremony was organised by class XI students, who gave their best wishes to their seniors. The ceremony was started by Lighting of  Lamp followed by candle lighting ceremony and prayer song. Reverend Father and the Principal illuminated the students with their words of wisdom and wished them good luck for their forthcoming board exams and the future ahead.. The program got off to a start with a welcome song by the juniors in honour to the seniors. Thereafter, there was a spate of dance, music and laughter as the hosts impressed with the showcasing of their vast repository of skills. Ramp walk was also done by the seniors.   Different tags were awarded to the students. Abhay Sharma (student of Class XII Science was awarded Mr. St. John’s title and Tanushree Tyagi (student of Class XII Humanities) awarded as Ms. St. John’s title.  Token of love and appreciation was given to the seniors by their juniors. Class XII students presented a token of love to Reverend Father. It was an incredible day hosted and organized by Class XI students to bid adieu to the first batch of Class XII students with a heavy heart. The celebration culminated with a sumptuous lunch hosted by school.
